Its unique mirror design allows pulling and pushing from multiple positions in both directions without having to turn the sled around. This allows for improved workout efficiency, greater versatility, consistency and smooth flow throughout training sessions.

The Prowler also has detachable plate loadable poles which can be removed and inserted to create a wheelbarrow/ farmers walk exercise in a push or pull direction.
